The article is mainly about students who study there due to the many factors that contribute towards the highly visited upon coffee shop of the campus. Starbucks, was a perfect subject for our feature writing because it almost fulfilled all five of the news values. Due to it's conveniently placed location, at the heart of the commercial zone of Taylor's Uni, the proximity aspect has been covered. It is also prominent as the popularity of Starbucks is well known among students. The coffee shop's branding and place of congregation also serves as a point of human interest for the students of Taylor's University as well.

  1. Better if you had provided intext source citations for concepts, and relate the specific angle of your story to the news values...one by one.
